Sales & Marketing – how to find profitable clients
Additional Services – handyman, vacation rental, concierge

ABOUT JOE
Joe was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Xavier University in Cincinnati and graduated with a B.A. in Organizational Communications. Upon graduating, he entered the workforce in the hospitality sector and spent 20 years to the day in that industry holding various position such as Asst. Food and Beverage Manager, Catering Manager, Corporate Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing and Regional Sales Director.
Joe has always had an entrepreneurial spirit about him. After unexpectedly losing his job, Joe decided the time was now to launch his own business. In March, 2015, Joe launched Joe The Home Pro, a home inspection and home watch company. After 5 years of owning Joe The Home Pro, Joe was working with one of his mentors and business coaches and that is when they came up with the idea to create a “Business in a Box” and share the home watch opportunity with people all over the country that mean a lot to him, Veterans and First Responders being at the top of that list. Joe is a “Serial Entrepreneur” and gives back a lot of his time to help other entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. Among his many goals is to establish an endowment where he can give back to non-profits and organizations that he has volunteered his time and lent his expertise to.
Joe has lived in Naples for the past 10 years, having moved from Cincinnati. He has two amazing kids, Logan, 12, and Madison, 9. In his spare time he loves to spend time with his kids doing a variety of activities, travel, golf, enjoy the amazing restaurants in Naples and spend time with his friends at the beach and on the water.
